Converting enquiries into Bookings

If you have received an enquiry from your ROLLER Form, this article will show you how to change it into a booking
 

What to do when a customer sends an enquiry 

As below, your customer has submitted an enquiry through the ROLLER Form on your website

Head to your Inbox

Click on the Inbox button in the lefthand side menu of your ROLLER platform. If there is a red symbol with a number, this refers to any unread enquiries you have

Scroll through your inbox and open your enquiry, by clicking the hamburger icon and selecting View Booking  from the drop down

Contact your Customer

Please note, this feature is not part of the standard subscription, if you do not have this feature, you will need to email from your own system and add notes to the Booking Notes.

Look at the customer's form submission and look at the Activity tab located on the right and you have two options:

Send Email

Click the New Email  button. From here you can email your enquiry directly, type in a subject and write in the email content and click the Send icon

Log a Call

Contact your customer directly via telephone and log the content of your call e.g. Spoke to customer on phone, left a voicemail, etc

Activity Stream

Any action conducted will be listed in the Activity Stream of the booking and you can also filter to specific activities if you need to from the drop-down menu

Turn your Enquiry into a Booking

Once you have confirmed from your customer what they would like to do, double check the enquiry submission by clicking on the Forms tab and selecting Show All Fields

Click on the Availabilities tab:

  1. Select the date according to the information
  2. Scroll down to the product and click it to select
  3. Choose the time, duration and add in the ticket types accordingly
  4. Click Add items to booking
  5. To confirm the booking, hit the Save & Reserve button
