I Want a Refund

If you would like a refund, please note the refund policy- "No refunds or exchanges on any ticket except as authorised by the venue"
 

To organise a refund, please get in touch with the venue/organiser, let them know the reason for the refund and the following information:

  • Full/partial refund. If partial, please let them know how many ticket items you want a refund for
  • Booking ID number and name
  • Reason for the refund

If the refund is approved, the venue will facilitate your request and notify ROLLER to organise this. Please note that booking fees are non-refundable and that payment will take 2-5 business days to appear back into your account
