How to cancel a Booking

Time to time, you may need to cancel a booking either due to it not going ahead, here's how you can cancel it from your ROLLER Admin
 

Find your Booking

Head to the Search bar and look for the customer's booking either by typing in their Name or Booking ID. Select the correct booking from the dropdown menu

Cancel the Booking

Click on the hamburger icon and select Cancel Booking from the drop-down menu

A pop up modal will ask you to Confirm this as this cannot be undone. You can press Cancel if you're not sure

Confirmation

The status will changed to Cancelled and the Inventory will be marked as Not Reserved, making the tickets available for sale again
