Assigning to ticket or variation types

Find your Product

Hover over the 'Products' menu and select 'All Products'

Scroll down to your product, click the more button and select Edit from the drop-down

In your Product

Apply to a pass ticket type:

Click on the ticket type and from the pop up modal, click on 'Advanced'. Scroll down to the GL Code section and check the option 'Override GL Code' and select from the drop-down menu.

Click 'Done' to apply changes to the ticket type

Apply to a session ticket type:

Click on the ticket type and from the pop up modal, click on 'Advanced'. Scroll down to the GL Code section and check the option 'Override GL Code' and select from the drop-down menu.

Click 'Done' to apply changes to the ticket type

Save your Changes

Click Publish, at the bottom of the page, to make product changes live

Assigning GL Codes to Stock

Find your Stock product

From your platform, click on Products in the left-hand side menu

Click the Stock icon in the top right of the page

Click the more button for the stock item you want to amend and click Edit

In your Stock product 

Apply to the ticket type:

Click on the more button of the stock variation, click the checkbox for 'Link GL Code' and select from the drop-down menu the category you want to change

Save your Changes

Click Publish at the bottom of the page to make these changes live
