Sending receipts to customers

If your customer wants a receipt of their transaction, you can easily send one from the ROLLER system with the touch of a button
 

Head to the Search bar and look for the customer's booking either by typing in their Name or Booking ID. Select the correct booking from the drop down menusEarch-Qlg.gif


Head to the Activity stream on the right hand side, scroll down until you find the transaction, click the hamburger icon and select Email Receipt

A pop up modal will prompt you to send it to the email address on record or you can change this to another email, click Send Email

Your customer will receive an email as per the example below

In the email, will be a PDF attachment with an itemised receipt
