How to resend an email confirmation

Find your Booking

Head to the Search bar and look for the customer's booking either by typing in their Name or Booking ID. Select the correct booking from the drop down menu

Resend the Confirmation Email

Click on the 'More' button in the top right and select Send Confirmation Email from the drop down menu

A pop up modal will appear and you can click Send Email. You can edit this email if you want to resend it to yourself or any email address different to the booking email before hitting the Send Email button

A confirmation will be displayed once the email has been sent and it will also be displayed in the Activity Stream
