How to remind customers to sign waivers prior to expiry

 

Head to the Account Details page

Click on your Settings menu and select Account

From the Account Details page, click the Edit Settings button located in the bottom right

Check the setting for Waiver Expiry Reminder Email if you want to activate this

Save Changes

Don't forget to save, click the Save Changes button in the bottom right

Email Template

Here is a sample of what the email will look like 🔽 
The subject line would be along the lines of: "Your {Waiver Name} at {your Venue Name} is about to expire"

It will pre-fill branding with your logo and business names, the customer's name and instead of "Participant Disclaimer", it will change this to your preset Waiver name
