Setting up Time Tracker

Introducing Time Tracker, an easy-to-use solution for venues to track team members’ shifts by allowing them to clock in and out

 

Activate

Click the 'New Features' tab on the left-hand side menu of your platform and you can request our Client Success Team to activate this feature

Logging In

Once activated, an Admin or Manager will need to login to the Time Tracker URL. Please note that logins are valid for 7 days, so it will require a login at least every week. This URL is provided to clients once they have activated it for their platform

After logging in, your staff can use the Time Tracker to clock in and out for shifts and breaks. Please note that for your employees to use this feature, each individual will require a unique passcode set up - click here to learn how to set this up
