Resetting your ROLLER password

Please note: Your platform account details are separate to your ROLLER Champion support logins. You can set this up to be the same as your login information but the portals are different to one another.

From Venue Manager

1. If you can't remember your ROLLER password when trying to login to Venue Manager, you can click the 'Forgot password?' link. You'll be prompted to type in your login email and click 'Reset password' so that an email can be sent to your inbox to reset the password

Don't have access to that email address? We highly recommend asking your Account Administrator to change your email address to one that you can access and get your colleague to adjust the password while they're at it



2. The following email will be sent to you, once you open it, please click the unique link to reset your password



3. Once you click that link you'll be taken to a page to reset your password. Follow the instructions whereby you'll need to type in your new password and confirm it. Click 'Submit' to finalise your new password and you'll be able to log in using your new details after this




From POS

If you can't remember your password or passcode to your POS login, please speak to an Administrator of your account to change this for you
